Acanza Health Dispensary News Update 1/23/20:
Local news reports that Acanza will be operating an in-house grow operation to grow the maximum 50 plants allowed by state law. They will be able to offer custom in-house strains and custom products as well as being able to offer products from the licensed cultivators. This should result in more product selection for consumers of this dispensary.

Acanza Dispensary is unique in that it is located at the end of a retail strip center located within the heart of Fayetteville, as opposed to being in a standalone building on the outskirts of town like most of the other dispensaries. Several customer reviews and online forum users frequently state they are out of stock of several of their products so selection may be severely limited. They are the first medical marijuana dispensary to open in Fayetteville but the third to open in NWA.
