
Qualifying Conditions - NEW HAMPSHIRE
According to the New Hampshire Medical Marijuana Amendment, the following conditions are qualified diagnoses that can be certified by a medical marijuana doctor so that you can apply for a medical marijuana card.
There are a number of amendments to the law that have been proposed that would expand the number of qualifying diagnoses.
There are qualified medical diagnoses to get a New Hampshire medical marijuana ID card:

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Moderate to severe chronic pain

Severe pain

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)

Alzheimer’s Disease

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)

Cachexia

Cancer
-
Chronic Pancreatitis

Crohn’s Disease
-
Epilepsy
-
Glaucoma
-
Hepatitis C(Currently Receiving Antiviral Treatment)
-
Lupus
-
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
-
Muscular Dystrophy
-
Parkinson’s Disease
-
Positive Status For Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)

Spinal Cord Injury Or Disease
-
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
-
Ulcerative Colitis
-
or one or more injuries that significantly interferes with daily activities as documented by the patient’s provider.
The patient must have a condition listed above and a symptom or side effect from a severely Debilitating or Terminal Medical Condition (Qualifying Condition) or its treatment that has produced at least one of the following:

Agitation Of Alzheimer’s Disease

Cachexia

Chemotherapy-Induced Anorexia

Constant Or Severe Nausea

Elevated Intraocular Pressure

Moderate To Severe Vomiting

Seizures Persistent Muscle Spasms

Severe Pain That Has Not Responded To Previously Prescribed Medication Or Surgical Measures Or For Which Other

Treatment Options Produced Serious Side Effects

Wasting Syndrome
