Industry insiders have confirmed that Harvest Dispensary in Conway is pursuing legal action against Natural State Wellness Dispensary over their name change to Harvest House of Cannabis. This would make two different dispensaries in the same zone to have the name "Harvest" in their name, which will definitely lead to confusion among consumers. This legal action may indeed delay the opening of the "Harvest" in Little Rock located on Rodney Parham Road which would be good for business for Harvest in Conway.
