6/25/20 AR Cannabis Clinic Review for Natural Relief Dispensary
Accessibility: 2-Stars. They are on Kiehl Ave in Sherwood which is good for locals but not compelling for people out of the area to travel to. Their parking lot is small.
Selection: 2-Stars. Selection and inventory is slim across the dispensary market and this dispensary is no different.
Service: 1-Stars. From our dealings with this dispensary, management was very rude and were angry with us for requiring medical records to certify patients and for not giving their employees a special discount. Their management told us they were sending all their customers to a local doctor who does not require medical records. We kindly explained that we cannot give dispensary employees a special discount so we can comply with the law and that we must require medical records to also comply with the law. Patients have also complained to us about their service level from the budtenders to the management.
Facility: 3-Stars. Although we have not been invited to tour the facility, they appear to have built a facility from the ground up.
Prices: 1-Stars. Based on what we have seen in online reports and online reviews, their prices are some of the highest in the region.
Overall Rating: 1-Stars. From our dealings with this dispensary, we would avoid this dispensary at all costs. They were rude, unethical, and only cared about getting more patients in their doors even if it means putting patients at risk by sending them to doctors who do not require medical records to get certified. Furthermore, they were angry when we did not agree to violate the law by giving their dispensary employees a special discount on their certifications with us. We think they are doing their customers a disservice by not educating them on the risks of getting their medical marijuana cards deactivated when these doctors who cut corners get audited by the state. If they are willing to send their customers to cut-rate doctors who don't require medical records (against the law) then that reflects on their own commitment to service and ethical standards and quite frankly, the level of respect they have for their own customers. We recommend patients looking for medicine to go somewhere else to do business with a more ethical establishment.
