What is a Tele-Health visit?
Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication technologies, such as computers and mobile devices, to access health care services remotely and manage your health care. In simpler terms, in a tele-health visit, you can see and talk to your doctor from the comfort and safety of your own home using your smartphone, computer or tablet. ARCannabis Clinic is the Missouri leader of telehealth services for medical marijuana card certifications.
How can a tele-health visit help me get a medical marijuana card?
ARCannabis Clinic offers tele-health visits an industry-leading seven days per week. A tele-health visit allows us to reach more people, and saves you time, effort, and money. Transportation, or gas money, or finding time off from work no longer is an issue with tele-health. Even though ARCannabis Clinic has multiple physical locations across Missouri, we cannot be everywhere. A tele-health visit is a convenient way to access a licensed marijuana doctor to get your certification or renewal to get or maintain a medical marijuana card.

Does ARCC require medical records for Missouri patients?
No. ARCannabis Clinic doctors will accept and review medical records if you choose to provide them, but it is not required. ARCannabis Clinic doctors will perform a comprehensive evaluation with you and will get all the information they need in order to approve you for a medical marijuana card (if you qualify).
What technology do I need in order to have a tele-health visit?
All you need is a Smartphone/PC/or tablet and access to e-mail. We have multiple ways to reach out to you and multiple software platforms to make it all work. Don't worry if you're not tech-savvy, we have a dedicated support staff who can help you from start to finish and the tele-health visits are less than 10 minutes in duration. There's no waiting rooms, no waiting on the doctor. The doctor will contact you at the appointed time. That's called service!
When can I get a tele-health appointment?
ARCannabis Clinic offers tele-health appointments an industry-leading 7 DAYS A WEEK between 8:30am to 6pm. No one else is offering the availability, convenience, and service that we do. All you need is a working phone and our doctors can call you at your convenience at the designated appointment time. We make the process so amazingly simple you will wish you had gotten a card sooner!
I booked an appointment online, now what?
If you booked an appointment online you will be receiving a phone call from one of our friendly patient support representatives in order to help answer any questions you may have and to confirm your appointment. Since ARCannabis Clinic does not require a deposit in order to book an appointment, we sometimes get appointments made from people who are not serious about getting a marijuana card and who no-show for their appointment. Please keep this in mind and be sure that you are able to speak to one of our representatives at least once after making your appointment. If we are unable to reach you by phone repeatedly, you may lose your time-slot to someone else who does confirm their appointment with us.
What do I need for my appointment?
Do you offer weekend appointments?
YES! Getting a marijuana card with ARCannabis Clinic is easy, fast, AND convenient! We are proud to offer the MOST appointment times in the industry and now offer telemedicine appointments 7 days a week via smartphone/pc/tablet. We really are committed to providing access to medical marijuana for as many patients as we legally can, and our availability 7 days a week speaks to our commitment.
I'm late for my appointment, do I have to reschedule?
Not necessarily. It depends on how late you are and how busy the clinic is at that particular time. If you are running late, don't hesitate to call our friendly patient support specialists at 888-454-2111 and explain your situation. You are not "in trouble" so don't worry. Just let us know how late you are going to be and we will do our best to work with you. There's no "late fee" or penalty.
What if I miss the doctor's phone call?
If you happen to miss the doctor's phone call, don't worry. The doctor will circle back and call you again usually after 10 or 15 minutes. Our doctors will leave you a voice mail, when possible, for you to call us back at 888-454-2111 so you can let our staff know you are ready for a call. Please do not call back to the doctor's phone number. Our doctors do not answer incoming calls, especially when they are in-session with another patient. Calling the doctor back can interrupt the session with another patient. Please be courteous to other patients and the doctor's time by patiently waiting for the doctor's follow-up phone calls.
Do you have a cancellation or no-show policy?
If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, then you will be charged a no-show fee as indicated in the terms and conditions on our consent form. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be assessed a cancellation fee. Please give us a call and let us know what's keeping you from making it to your appointment and we will see what we can do to get you the help you need.
After my appointment, can you help me apply to the state?
Absolutely! During your appointment day, you will get detailed instructions on how to apply to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for your medical marijuana card. We will provide you with all the information needed and fill out your forms as much as we legally can for you to apply online for your card. If you need further assistance, just ask before leaving our clinic or call us at 888-454-2111. We are here to help.
Are follow-up appointments required?
At ARCannabis Clinic, we do not require follow-up appointments but they are encouraged. Other cannabis clinics just want to sign your form and not see you for a year. At ARCannabis Clinic, we want to be invested in our patient's well-being and progress. We want to be able to chart that progess and help our patients choose the right decision for their own healthcare. We want our patients to know that we "have their back" throughout this journey, and that we are here to help.
What is the marijuana certification consultation fee?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only debit cards and major credit cards. We are the ONLY cannabis clinic in Missouri to offer an in-house payment plan--You can still see our physician and get certified and then take up to 30 days to pay your certification fee. Can I make a payment online?
YES! We have a new online bill pay portal to pay for your visit anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please visit https://www.arcannabisclinic.com/pay to make your payment. All major credit cards accepted. Please note, your credit card bill will show up as "HD Clinics, LTD"
How is my credit card charged?
Charges made to your credit card are made by our company legal name, NOT ARCannabis Clinic. There will be no mention of "cannabis" or "marijuana" on your credit card statement. We strive to respect your privacy and want to assure you that your privacy is important to us.
What kinds of discounts do you offer?
ARCannabis Clinic offers discounts to our veterans, fire, police, and ems. We thank you for your service! We offer discounts for renewal patients.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Conditions do apply, so please call 888-454-2111 in order to arrange for a group discount. Group discounts are awarded on a case-by-case basis by our manager on duty so please call ahead to make the arrangements, especially for groups larger than 2 or 3. No group discount will be given without prior authorization.
Do you offer a payment plan?
YES! ARCannabis Clinic is the ONLY cannabis certification clinic in the state of Missouri to offer our valued patients an in-house payment plan. You can get certified for as little as $50 down and take up to 30 days to pay off your remaining balance. How's that for service? How long does it take to get the medical marijuana card?
After submitting your application with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, you can expect to receive your card within 1 month from the time you submit your completed application.
Is ARCannabis Clinic a real medical clinic?
YES! ARCannabis Clinic is fully-approved real medical clinic specializing in medical cannabis. We are not a corporate-entity middleman brokerage service that matches random patients to random doctors. We advise patients to stay clear of these outfits and only go to trusted and reputable specialized marijuana clinics like us for your safety and peace of mind. We only certify qualified patients for a medical marijuana card (also called medical card, mmj card, marijuana card, cannabis card) and we do everything above-board and legal.
What makes ARCannabis Clinic different from the competition?
Do I lose my guns if I get a marijuana card?
This is a common misconception and the short answer is NO. You do not lose your guns by having an Missouri Medical Marijuana Card. Medical marijuana laws have been in place for decades around the United States and there has been no recorded instance where a medical marijuana patient was forced to give up the guns they already own.
Do I need a marijuana card first before going to the dispensary?
Yes. Most likely you will not be able to enter the front lobby of any dispensary without a card and even if you are allowed to go inside you will quickly be shown the door if you do not have a medical card. Does AR Cannabis Clinic protect my privacy?
Privacy and security is of the utmost importance at ARCannabis Clinic. We do not share or sell your information online or to any third party. Any personal demographic information you submit to us via our website is via secure https: using industry-standard encryption technology and FULLY HIPAA COMPLIANT. Furthermore, your credit card/debit card billing statement will show a charge to HD Clinics, LTD. There will not be any mention of ARCannabis Clinic or marijuana on your statement.
Does my employer have to know about me getting a marijuana card?
ARCannabis Clinic does not contact your employer or your job about your medical information. Patients are responsible for abiding by the policies set forth by their employer as to whether they are allowed to use medical marijuana.
Does my doctor have to know about me getting a marijuana card?
ARCannabis Clinic is a certification-only clinic and we do not require a referral to speak to our doctors. We are not a primary care clinic for our patients. We understand that many patients want a discreet consultation with a marijuana doctor and prefer to see a marijuana specialist for their cannabis care so we take every measure to protect your privacy. ARCC complies with the HIPAA which is federal law. We do not contact your doctor unless you ask us to or it is absolutely medically necessary--but if we do we will always ask for your approval first.
